Program Core Pillars
Level Up Labs
Level Up Labs is a culturally responsive financial education and consumer protection program designed to equip underserved youth and young adults (ages 16–26) with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to achieve financial stability and avoid financial exploitation. Through structured, cohort-based learning, participants will engage in practical, real-world financial education covering budgeting, banking, credit, debt management, and fraud prevention. The program integrates financial capability with identity, lived experience, and decision-making to ensure relevance and long-term behavior change. Level Up Labs specifically targets individuals who are unbanked, underbanked, or at increased risk of predatory financial practices, with a focus on communities historically excluded from traditional financial systems.
